Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?
No. You sign up with your email address and create a password. No credit card, no payment information, nothing. At the end of 30 days we ask if you'd like to subscribe. If you don't, your data stays accessible for 90 days and is then permanently deleted.
How long does the free trial last?
30 days from the day you sign up. You get full access to every feature on the Small Firm plan — trust accounting, time and billing, matter management, AI time capture, client portal, and Law Society reports. No feature gating during the trial.
Can I migrate my PCLaw or Clio data during the trial?
Yes. Migration is available from the first day of your trial. Most firms migrate within the first 48 hours. Your PCLaw backup or Clio export goes straight into the migration portal — clients, matters, trust balances, time entries, AR. The average migration takes 47 minutes. Migration help is included on every trial and every plan.
What if I need help setting up trust accounts?
Email support@jurios.io or book a migration call. We have a team member who previously worked at the LSO and understands Canadian trust account setup in detail. Setting up your first trust account in JuriOS typically takes under 20 minutes. If you're opening a practice for the first time, we'll walk through it with you.
Do you offer volume pricing for larger firms?
Yes. Our published pricing covers firms up to 10 users. For firms above 10 users, email hello@jurios.io with your team size and we'll give you a specific number — transparent, no negotiation required. We don't use enterprise pricing as an excuse for opacity. Firms up to 25 users can typically be quoted in a single email.
